Urjakiran 2022-23
The department of Chemistry organized URJAKIRAN 2022-23, Energy Awareness Campaign on the theme “Life and Energy Efficiency” in association with Energy Management Centre, Kerala. Department specifically coordinated Energy conservation rally and signature as well as Energy Conservation Awareness seminar in association with Karumalloor Grampanchayath. The official inauguration of Signature campaign was initiated by Prof. M I Punnoose Principal, Union Christian College near Kacheri Malika and the Energy conservation rally flagged off by Mr. Abdul Salam, Ward Member, Karumalloor Panchayath, Aluva. Signature campaign and energy awareness campaign was focused near the bank of India bus stop near UC College. Around 65 members including the participants from general public and local bodies along with college students were present in the rally; pamphlets received from EMC is distributed to various stakeholders during the program. The rally and signature campaign came to an end at 12.30 pm.
